To register just complete our entry form or phone 1300 FORMAL to be eligible to go in the draw for suit hire the value of $1000. You must be over the age of 18 years and not associated in any way with FormalWear Express Pty Ltd - ABN 36 096 072 418. The competition will commence on 14/09/09 and will close on 08/03/10 and will be drawn at 10.00am on 09/03/10 at FormalWear Express, 47 Ashmore Rd, Bundall, QLD. All email entries will be printed and placed with all other entries for a barrel draw. No entries will be allowed by SMS. The winner will be notified by phone and email or letter and the winner’s details will be published in the Australian Newspaper on the 13/03/10 and also on the FormalWear Express website. If unable to contact winner by 09/06/10 then a redraw will be held at 4.00pm on 10/06/10 with the same conditions as above. The promoter is FormalWear Express- ABN 36 096 072 418.
